Please note that if you have us come out to do an estimate we charge a $49 fee to cover our gas and time but if you decide to have us do the work for you then that fee is credited to the amount you pay. 

Also… handyman work requires a 50% deposit BEFORE work is started. This is to cover the materials needed for the job you have us do.
